00 Responsibilities Meet and greet service customers promptly and in a professional manner.
Schedule and confirm service appointments using service advisor success principles.
Coordinate shop schedule and dispatch work to technicians.
Coordinating with a service technician to perform an inspection and create an estimate and quickly get approval from the customer so the vehicle can be repaired and picked up in a timely manner.
Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
Work with the parts department to source and allocate the correct parts and accessories.
Work closely with customers, technicians, sales, and parts departments to ensure proper service work progression.
Work with manufacturers to discuss warranty coverage and consideration when applicable.
Submit warranty claims for reimbursement within timeline of OEMs.
Diffusing upset customers.
Qualifications Extremely high attention to detail and organizational skills required.
Prior experience servicing customers required.
Ability to professionally communicate with customers over the phone and in person.
Ability to adhere to a process and hold others accountable to that process.
Familiarity with or the ability to quickly learn new computer programs such as dealer management software, customer relationship management software, microsoft office products, and google email/chat.
Industry enthusiasts preferred.
